When using Ping!, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.

• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

• Respect other users and their content.

Ping! has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Harassment, threats, or hate speech

• Sexually explicit or pornographic material

• Violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities

• Spam, scams, or misleading information
   

If you post or share objectionable content, your account may be suspended or permanently banned without warning.

• Blocking: You may block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot contact you within Ping!.

• Reporting: You may report inappropriate content or behavior using the in-app reporting tools or by emailing us at ping@tourismoguides.com.

We review all reports and will act within 24 hours to remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

The app offers auto-renewable subscription(s) that provide access to premium features and content. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly and monthly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Pricing & Payment: Subscription prices are displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Apple & Google Play handle payment processing. Prices are subject to change, with prior notice where required.

• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via App Store or Play Store account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

• Refunds: All sales are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

You may opt in to receive email alerts and notifications about important updates, new features, account activity, and promotional offers. You can manage your email preferences at any time through the app’s settings.
